Must I purchase a membership?
No, you
are not required to purchase one of
the membership packages.
However, non-member rates are 20%
higher than member rates and you do
not receive benefits such as an
assigned team or free hours each
month.

Assistant work with me?
Yes, we strongly believe that it's
important that our staff builds a
relationship with you.
How else can we come to know your
likes and dislikes? That's why
all of our members prefer one of our
membership packages. And your
on-going feedback will help ensure
that you're pleased with your
assigned Personal Assistant, who is
managed by your Concierge.
How do
I make requests?
All requests will be managed
directly with your Concierge.
In turn, your Concierge will
coordinate the "to-do list" with
your Personal Assistant,
who is ultimately responsible for
fulfilling your requests.
